The ASICS Men's Trabuco 14 Trail Running Shoes are built for runners who demand reliable protection and cushioning across unpredictable off-road terrain. Approximately 4 grams lighter than the previous version, the Trabuco 14 adds 2mm of FF BLAST MAX cushioning underfoot for a noticeably softer ride without sacrificing the stability and durability that trail runners depend on. A new trail-specific fit with improved midfoot lockdown and a wider forefoot makes this the most refined and comfortable Trabuco yet.

Upper: The engineered mesh upper reduces the need for additional overlays to keep weight low, while a lace band elastic strap on the tongue keeps laces secured and away from trail obstacles, and a gusseted sand guard tongue blocks dirt and debris from working into the shoe during runs.

Midsole: FF BLAST MAX foam, ASICS' most energetic midsole compound, delivers cloud-like softness at impact and a responsive toe-off, with a flexible nylon rock protection plate positioned between the midsole and outsole to shield the foot from sharp rocks and uneven ground on technical trails.

Outsole: The ASICSGRIP outsole provides advanced traction across dirt, gravel, rock, and mixed surfaces, with a durable rubber compound and multidirectional lug pattern that holds up through high mileage on varied trail conditions.
