Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
We typically process orders within 1 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday. Our goal is to prepare and ship your order promptly. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Timing:
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions noted on our website.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST will typically be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Rates:
Padel Merchant offers a standard shipping rate for all orders shipped within the United States and internationally.
Please note that additional charges apply for Express Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: $30

International Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any additional charges assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Padel Merchant does not cover or reimburse these fees under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Address Accuracy:
Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout is the customer’s responsibility. Padel Merchant is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Refunds will not be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package and view the estimated arrival date.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions. These delays may affect all carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. Padel Merchant is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Shipping Damage or Lost Items:
If your package arrives damaged or you believe your order is lost, please contact us immediately at Info@padelmerchant.com. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return or exchange an item. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
