The HEAD Boom Team L Tennis Racquet is a brand-new model in the Boom lineup. Like the other 2024 Boom models, the Team L features an Auxetic construction within the racquet bridge and the end of the handle. The result is an enhanced sensational feel. The cross-section features a Morph Beam design, which pairs an elongated shaft for flex and feel with a thicker hoop section for greater access to power and stability. The racquet has a different head shape than the other HEAD performance frames and it is designed with a Uniform String Pattern to make the string bed perform more consistently. HEAD's Graphene Inside tech remains at the 12, 9, and 3 o'clock positions, as well as within the throat to deliver stability and ball speed. The Team L has the largest head size of any Boom model at 107 square inches, and the beam is slightly thicker for added stability. The extended length provides more power and spin potential, but the 9.2-ounce unstrung weight keeps the racquet very maneuverable.
